According to this report, Istanbul Airport concluded January with an average of 1,229 daily flights, making it the leading airport in terms of flight numbers, while London Heathrow, with 1,104 flights, ranked as the second busiest airport in Europe.

This airport is one of the busiest in terms of layovers and ranks second among international airports, with Lufthansa's Frankfurt Airport in Germany taking the top spot, connecting to 330 destinations.

Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, the capital of France, ranks third with flights to 308 destinations.

According to this list, Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport is fourth, Chicago O'Hare Airport in the United States is fifth, Dallas-Fort Worth Airport in the United States is sixth, Dubai International Airport ranks seventh, Heathrow Airport in London, the capital of England, is eighth, Fiumicino International Airport in Rome, the capital of Italy, is ninth, and Denver Airport in the United States is tenth.
