If a user has the pre-installed Togg electronic wallet and has added a balance of 60 thousand lira, they are entitled to participate in the lottery by completing the down payment or create a Togg electronic wallet through Trumore and add a balance.

A list of the ordered numbers, including the pre-order numbers and the initials of the first and last names of the users participating in the lottery, will be published by Togg before the draw.
After the lottery concludes, the winners will be announced in the same order. Users who qualify to purchase will make the remaining payments when the delivery date of their smart cars is deducted from the down payment. Additionally, the down payment amounts for applicants who do not qualify for purchase in the lottery will be automatically refunded to their Trumore electronic wallets, and then to their accounts and credit cards, within a maximum of 14 days, depending on their bank.
