Ajdha Pakan, Edip Akbayram, Kubat, Hossein Touran, Nalan, and Selim Selçuk claim that works they own the rights to have been used without permission and illegally on music channels and social media. These singers, through their lawyers Lönt Polat and Ergün Akçay, went to court and filed their complaint.

The renowned artists, in a separate complaint, requested an end to the unauthorized use of their works in digital media and sought to prevent unfair infringement on their creations.
