After the voting process has concluded, the ballot boxes will be opened and the counting of votes will begin. According to Article 79 of Law No. 298; “On the day of voting, the sale of alcoholic beverages, as well as the serving, giving, or consuming of any type of alcoholic drink in public places is prohibited. During the voting period, all public recreational venues will remain closed. Only in restaurants that qualify as recreational venues will meals be served. On Election Day, no one may carry a weapon in villages, towns, and cities, except for those responsible for maintaining security and order.”

All public recreational venues such as cafes, coffee shops, and internet cafes will be closed on election day. Only restaurants that operate as recreational spaces will be allowed to serve food. Wedding ceremonies can take place after 6 PM on election day.

According to YSK's decisions, predictions and comments regarding the elections and their results in the media are prohibited until 6 PM. From 6 PM to 9 PM, YSK news and announcements regarding the elections will be published. After 9 PM, all television and internet programs will be free, although YSK may adjust this timing earlier.

If the presidential election goes to a second round, these same provisions will apply on May 28. The number of voters participating at each polling station will be between 360 to 380.
If the number of voters in the villages does not exceed 400, they may cast their vote at a single polling station. Additionally, YSK news and announcements regarding the elections will be published from 6 PM to 9 PM.
