Turkey has made its decision!
Voting for the second round of the presidential election ended at 17:00 across Turkey. According to the results, 99.4 percent of the ballots in Turkey have been counted.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 52.14, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu: 47.86
Since the candidates were unable to secure an absolute majority in the presidential election held on May 14, Turkey once again headed to the polls to determine a new president.
Voting in the second round of the presidential election, which was held for the first time in Turkey's political history, concluded at 17:00.
More than 191,000 ballot boxes were established in 973 districts and 1,094 electoral boards across the country for the election. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the presidential candidate of the People's Alliance, and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, the presidential candidate of the Nation Alliance, competed in this election, and according to the announced results, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has been elected for a second term as the President of the Republic of Turkey.
