Inflated ticket prices for flights!
The ceiling price for domestic flights has increased.
The "ceiling price" applied for one-way domestic flights has risen from 1150 lira to 1650 lira, and airlines have begun selling tickets to various domestic destinations at the new prices.
With this price hike, domestic flights in Turkey will experience an inflation rate of nearly 50%, making it more difficult for many people to purchase airline tickets given the current economic conditions.
According to reports from the "Habertürk" news agency, the minimum flight ticket for one-way travel, which was first set by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation in 2013, was 299 lira.
