Temperature Rise in Turkey; The Beginning of Spring Days
With the arrival of the first week of Ramadan, temperatures in Turkey are increasing. Starting from Wednesday, the rainy system will leave the country, and the weather conditions will shift towards spring-like conditions.
Temperature Increase Forecast from Midweek
According to forecasts from the Turkish Meteorological Organization, temperatures will rise across most parts of the country starting from Wednesday.
Weather Conditions for the Coming Days
At the beginning of the week, except for southeastern Anatolia, no rainfall is expected in other parts of Turkey. Additionally, starting tonight, strong winds in the northern and southern Aegean region will begin as a storm, but it is expected that these conditions will subside by tomorrow night.
Rainfall in Northern and Eastern Regions
From Monday, areas in northeastern Anatolia and parts of the Black Sea will be affected by a rainy system. However, from Wednesday onwards, for five consecutive days, no significant rainfall is expected across the country.
Temperature Increase in Major Cities
Temperatures are also rising in Turkey’s three major cities:
- Ankara and Istanbul: Today, the weather will be partly cloudy to overcast, with a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius.
- Izmir: The temperature in this city will reach 15 degrees Celsius today.
From Wednesday, the increase in temperatures in these cities will be noticeably felt.
Temperatures Above Normal Levels
According to meteorologists, in the interior parts of the Black Sea, Central Anatolia, and Eastern Turkey, temperatures will be 2 to 4 degrees higher than seasonal averages.

With this trend, it is expected that spring-like weather will stabilize in most parts of the country by the end of the current week.
