Creation of 420,000 New Job Opportunities in 9 Health Sector Groups

The Minister of Health of Turkey, Kemal Memişoğlu, announced that extensive reforms have been carried out to improve the quality of services and medical facilities in the country. He stated:

"According to the regulation published today in the Official Gazette, we have created new job opportunities for approximately 420,000 health sector employees across 9 different professional groups."

The new regulation, titled "Regulation on the Independent Practice of Health Professionals", prepared by the Ministry of Health, was published today in Turkey’s Official Gazette. The Minister of Health addressed the issue on his personal social media account and announced new ministry programs.

Building the "Century of Health" for Turkey

Memişoğlu, referring to the government's goals in the health sector, said:

"Since the day we took office, we have had no goal other than building a healthier Turkey; every action we take is in the direction of building the country's Century of Health."

He emphasized that in this process, a series of reforms and changes in the regulations related to infrastructure and healthcare services have been implemented in a short period.

Increasing Accessibility and Expanding Health Services

The Minister of Health, while officially announcing the new job opportunities, added:

"With this regulation, we are making healthcare services more widespread and more accessible. We consider serving the nation a moral and national duty, and with this sense of responsibility, we are working tirelessly."

In conclusion, he welcomed the approval of this regulation and considered it a good sign for the country, the nation, and the great medical community of the country.
