Enpara launches as an independent bank

Check your accounts; some IBAN numbers have changed. Enpara.com, formerly under QNB Finansbank, has become an independent institution.

Following the transfer to Enpara Bank A.Ş., all products and customer accounts moved to the new bank. Launched in 2012, Enpara remains one of Turkey’s early digital banking pioneers under its new structure.

IBAN changes and 90 day auto forwarding

The most significant post transfer change involves IBAN numbers. IBANs that previously contained the code '111' are no longer valid, and customers must use their new IBANs for all transactions.

To avoid disruptions in recurring payments such as rent, the bank has put safeguards in place. EFT and SWIFT transfers sent to old IBANs will be automatically forwarded to new accounts for 90 days.

Credit card limits to be separated

For customers using both QNB Finansbank and Enpara cards, credit limits will now be separated. Each card will have an independent limit managed on its own.

Sharing limits will be optional based on customer preference. The change gives users tighter control over how they manage available credit.

Free transfers to continue

Enpara stated that EFT, FAST and domestic money transfers will remain free. Credit cards will continue to be lifetime fee free.

The bank says these policies aim to preserve a smooth, low cost digital banking experience for customers.
