Notary Offices on Duty Completed More Than 3.3 Million Transactions
As part of the development of official notary services, notary offices on duty in Turkey managed to complete 3,398,068 transactions over the past year. This initiative has significantly improved the process of providing legal services.
Important Steps to Strengthen Notary Services
The Turkish Minister of Justice, Yılmaz Tunç, stated in a declaration that the Turkish government has implemented significant reforms to strengthen notary services and improve people's access to justice.
"Last year, we established 40 new notary offices. In 2002, the number of notary offices in Turkey was 1,231, but now this number has increased to 2,385."
Digital Advancements in the Notary Sector
The Minister of Justice also highlighted the development of digital services, stating that through the e-Noter system, more than 84,334 transactions have been completed electronically without the need for in-person visits.
Contributing to Strategic Goals
According to the Judicial Reform Strategy Document, which is part of the Century of Turkey Vision, the government plans to implement further reforms in the notary system to facilitate transactions for citizens.

The upcoming reforms indicate the government's ongoing efforts to improve legal and administrative processes. In the near future, notary offices on duty are expected to offer expanded services, with more digital processes aimed at making transactions easier for people.
