Concerning Injury in Beşiktaş Camp

Beşiktaş football team lost 3-1 in a friendly match against İstanbulspor from Trendyol 1. Lig Turkey. In this game, two key players, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Rafa Silva, were injured and could not continue playing.

Beşiktaş suffers a bitter defeat in the preparation match

During the FIFA break, Beşiktaş faced İstanbulspor at the Nevzat Demir Tesisleri training camp located in the Ümraniye district. This match was played behind closed doors, and the Beşiktaş coach started the game with players like Ersin Destanoğlu, Onur Bulut, Gabriel Paulista, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Salih Uçan, Amir Hadziahmetovic, Elan Ricardo, Rafa Silva, Joao Mario and Ciro Immobile. Also, players such as Göktuğ Baytekin, Yakup Arda Kılıç, Yusuf Can Çalayır, Poyraz Gelen, Fahri Kerem Ay, Gedson Fernandes and Arda Özüarap were on the bench.

Crucial goals in the second half

The match started cautiously by both teams, but in the 42nd minute, Emir Kaan Gültekin scored for İstanbulspor to end the first half with a 1-0 lead for the guests. In the second half, Beşiktaş equalized in the 50th minute with a goal by Gabriel Paulista, who had just returned from injury. However, İstanbulspor secured the win with goals from Diarra in the 85th minute and Loshaj in the 90th minute.

Two serious injuries for Beşiktaş

In the first half, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was injured after colliding with an opponent and in the 36th minute was replaced by Poyraz Gelen.

Also, in the 64th minute, Rafa Silva suffered a knee injury and left the field, being replaced by Yusuf Can Çalayır.
