Emotional reaction of Tanyeli's husband: Don't leave me alone in my dreams

İlker Sünneli, Tanyeli's husband, who has been deeply affected by her passing, shared an emotional message on social media that touched many hearts.

Tanyeli, the famous dancer, after 2.5 years of battling pancreatic cancer, passed away at the age of 54.

Her funeral was held on March 18, after the noon prayer at Zincirlikuyu Mosque, and then she was laid to rest.

İlker Sünneli, who is struggling with the grief of losing his wife these days, shared a video of Tanyeli inside a car along with a short but profound message: “Don't leave me alone in my dreams”.

It is said that Sünneli had also lost his previous wife to cancer before Tanyeli.

“A man with a tragic fate”

In one of her interviews last year, Tanyeli spoke about the difficult circumstances her husband faced, saying:

I told my husband: “Go and build a new life for yourself. I can't even stand myself, how could someone else stand me?” But he didn’t go. He had already lost his previous wife to cancer. He is a man with a tragic fate. He went through this hard journey with me too, but still, he didn’t leave me. These conditions are very difficult for him, but I am strong, and with God's grace, I will overcome them.
