Legal action by Akın's lawyer

Feride Hilal Akın’s lawyer, Tarık Ali Güngör, announced that in light of these events, they have filed an official complaint with the prosecutor’s office.

"We have filed an official complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding this matter. Some individuals used my client’s name to place food delivery orders to different addresses via online platforms, using the cash-on-delivery method. Her mobile phone number was also used without permission on betting websites, and fake hospital appointments were booked using that same number."

Feride Hilal Akın’s warning about data security

Feride Hilal Akın reacted to the situation by posting a message on social media, stating:

"My personal data was used without my permission. For a while now, I’ve been subjected to serious cyber harassment without my knowledge or consent. Fake orders were placed, fake appointments were made, and people were disturbed. Most likely, my data was accessed through a system vulnerability. This isn’t just a personal attack; it is also a warning regarding the security of public systems. I have initiated legal proceedings and will be following the matter closely. Please do not trust any message, order, or request made in my name."
