It’s said he listed not only cars but also two homes in Acarkent, and, beyond using realtors, contacted people in his circle directly to offer “favorable prices”—a move some likened to “rushing goods out of a fire.”
Journalist Mehmet Üstündağ stated on Gel Konuşalım that Özçivit has been reaching out person-to-person alongside professionals.
“I can state this clearly: word was sent to those who might want to buy at a good price.”

Another claim is that a special house in Şile or Sapanca—with a studio-sized enclosed garage—has been added to the sales list, suggesting he is offloading not only current residences but also choice investments.

A second scenario is relocation abroad. Üstündağ floated Dubai, Qatar, even Iraq as possibilities, adding:
