Tolga Karel, the former actor now living in the United States, has returned to the spotlight following controversial remarks made by his ex-wife Günay Musayeva. Musayeva claimed that Karel ignored their first child, Cihangir, and had no contact with him.

Speaking on a television program, Günay Musayeva stated that she tried for a long time to reach Tolga Karel but was unsuccessful. As a result, she said, Cihangir came to believe that his father had passed away. These claims quickly became a major topic of public discussion.

Tolga Karel had previously been married to Günay Musayeva, and their marriage resulted in the birth of their son Cihangir. After the divorce, Karel left acting behind and moved to the United States, where he began a new life away from the media, until these recent statements brought him back into public attention.

Musayeva also said that during a period when Cihangir was ill, his greatest dream was to visit Disneyland. However, due to the lack of response from Tolga Karel, they faced difficulties obtaining permission to travel abroad, and this dream could not be fulfilled.

Following these remarks, Tolga Karel did not remain silent and responded firmly to the allegations directed at him.

“I expect a serious apology from those who, based solely on the lies and slander of that woman and without knowing me at all, have ignored the existence and lives of my other four children and made comments about me and my family through only one child. Otherwise, in this mortal world, I do not forgive any of them for my rightful claim.”

In another post, Tolga Karel stated that it would be more appropriate for his son Cihangir to remain in Turkey until the age of 18. He added that his opinion could change only if an official clean report from the Forensic Medicine Institute is presented, along with positive blood and hair samples.

“I also expect a serious apology from those who comment on me and my family through only one child, in the name of the honor and dignity of my other children. Otherwise, in this mortal world, I do not forgive any of them for my rightful claim.”
