Ferit Kaya, who plays the character “Demir Baybars” in the TV series Uzak Şehir, drew attention this time not with his acting, but with a video he shared from Paris. Speaking in a humorous yet clearly frustrated tone, Kaya reacted to the absence of bidet showers in European toilets.
In his video, the actor pointed out that although Europe has many appealing aspects, it still fails to address what he described as a simple but important issue—one that many travelers are familiar with.
“Please Solve This Bidet Shower Issue”
Using a mix of humor and sincerity, Ferit Kaya said the following in his post:
“Guys, this is Paris, this is Europe—it’s all nice and good, but please solve this bidet shower issue. Really. At least install them in hotels. Whoever wants to wash can do so, whoever doesn’t can skip it. I’m calling out to Europeans from here: please install bidet showers in toilets, at least in hotels.”

Actors Atakan Özkaya, Alper Çankaya, and Burak Şafak were affected by heavy snowfall in Mardin. Their flights were canceled, leaving them stranded in the city.
