Deniz Çakır Speaks About the Early Finale of the Series Çarpıntı
The TV series Çarpıntı, which was considered one of Star TV’s ambitious projects, faced an early finale decision in recent weeks. The series officially bid farewell to the screen with the broadcast of its 13th episode.
Entering the television competition with high expectations, Çarpıntı reached the end of its journey at episode 13. The production became one of the projects that failed to meet rating expectations and therefore concluded earlier than originally planned.
In the television industry, many series have recently been given finale decisions, and Çarpıntı was no exception. Starring Sibel Taşçıoğlu, Deniz Çakır, Lizge Cömert, and Kerem Bürsin, the series ultimately said goodbye to viewers due to low ratings.
Following the announcement of the series finale, lead actress Deniz Çakır spoke publicly for the first time about the decision.
“It ended earlier than expected, but at least we were able to complete the story properly. I’m honestly happy about that, because it was a project with a clear beginning and ending. It didn’t just stop abruptly. I had taken quite a long break, and this experience was really good for me.”
