Deniz Baysal (Deniz Baysal) Speaks Out for the First Time: It Was Sudden for Me, I Was Written Out Due to the Story
Deniz Baysal (Deniz Baysal) has revealed that her departure from the series “The Agency” (Teşkilat) was not her personal decision, but rather a sudden move dictated by the storyline. The actress stated that the experience left her with a sense of emotional emptiness that lasted approximately one and a half years.
Baysal, who is currently in the spotlight for her portrayal of Esme (Esme) in the TRT1 series “Taşacak Bu Deniz” (Taşacak Bu Deniz), appeared as a guest on Ibrahim Selim’s (İbrahim Selim) program, where she made notable remarks about her career and addressed the circumstances surrounding her exit from “The Agency” (Teşkilat).
Clarifying Her Departure from “The Agency” (Teşkilat)
The actress played a leading role during the first three seasons of “The Agency” (Teşkilat), but did not appear in the fourth season, prompting widespread curiosity among viewers at the time. She has now clarified that her exit was not voluntary, but occurred due to narrative requirements and a sudden creative decision.
“I Felt That Void for One and a Half Years”
Speaking about the emotional impact of the separation, Baysal said:
"I felt that void for one and a half years. When you are part of a project for three consecutive seasons and it is cancelled at the last minute, it was sudden for me. I was written out due to the storyline, and I had not prepared myself for that."
She emphasized that after three continuous seasons in the same production, the unexpected decision created a period of adjustment that took considerable time to overcome. These remarks mark the first time she has directly addressed the reasons behind her departure from “The Agency” (Teşkilat), providing clarity for audiences who had long questioned the circumstances.
