A Mother's Reflex: Ebru Gundes Rescues Her Daughter With a Private Jet
Famous singer Ebru Gundes (Ebru Gündeş) has successfully brought her 14-year-old daughter, Alara Gundes (Alara Gündeş), back to Turkey. Alara was stranded in Dubai after missile attacks led to the sudden closure of the airspace. The singer managed to reunite with her daughter by first sending her to Oman by road, and then flying her to Istanbul (İstanbul) on a private jet.
Stranded in Dubai Due to Missile Attacks
Ebru Gundes, who has been living in Dubai for a long time, had traveled to Istanbul for business just before the conflicts began. However, her teenage daughter Alara had to stay behind in the city because flights were canceled following the missile attacks and closed airspace in the region.
Moved to Oman by Road for Safety
Acting quickly to ensure her daughter's safety, the worried mother put an alternative plan into motion. Since a direct flight out of Dubai was impossible due to the high risks, a safer route was chosen.
Taking swift action, Ebru Gundes arranged for her daughter to leave Dubai safely and cross the border into Oman via a secure land route.
Brought Back to Istanbul on a Private Jet
Once Alara safely arrived in Oman, she boarded a private jet that had been specially arranged for her trip. After days of uncertainty, stress, and waiting, the mother and daughter finally embraced each other in Istanbul.
