Four Arrested in Drug Operation Targeting Turkish Celebrities
Famous names detained during a drug operation in Istanbul have appeared before a judge. Koray Serenli, Mustafa Tari, Onur Talay, and Sezgin Koysuren (Sezgin Köysüren) have been arrested, while judicial control measures were issued for Fikret Orman, Burak Elmas, Hakan Sabanci (Hakan Sabancı), Kerim Sabanci (Kerim Sabancı), Didem Soydan, Guzide Duran (Güzide Duran), Lutfiye Tugce Ozbudak Kilicarslan (Lütfiye Tuğçe Özbudak Kılıçarslan), Ferhat Aydin (Ferhat Aydın), and Mustafa Berhan Perincekli (Mustafa Berhan Perinçekli).

New Wave of Operations Targeting Public Figures
As part of an investigation led by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 14 suspects detained by the Narcotics Crimes Branch completed their procedures at the police station. Following health checks, the suspects were transferred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Caglayan (Çağlayan).

The prosecution requested the arrest of Koray Serenli, Onur Talay, Sezgin Koysuren, Tugce Ozbudak (Tuğçe Özbudak), and Mustafa Tari.

The prosecution referred Kerim Sabanci, Hakan Sabanci, Burak Elmas, Fikret Orman, Guzide Duran, and Didem Soydan to the court with a request for international travel bans. Ferhat Aydin and Ismail Behram Perincekli (İsmail Behram Perinçekli) were referred with a request for house arrest. Suspect Onur Bukcu (Onur Bükçü) was released after his statement at the prosecutor's office.
Court Orders Four Arrests
Following the hearing, Koray Serenli, Mustafa Tari, Onur Talay, and Sezgin Koysuren were officially arrested by the judge.

Judicial Control Measures for Celebrities
The court issued international travel bans for Fikret Orman, Burak Elmas, Hakan Sabanci, Kerim Sabanci, Didem Soydan, and Guzide Duran. For Lutfiye Tugce Ozbudak Kilicarslan, Ferhat Aydin, and Mustafa Berhan Perincekli, judicial control in the form of house arrest was ordered.

Statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office
In a statement from the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was noted that the investigation was launched to protect public morality, social structure, and family order.
Detention orders were issued for 16 suspects on charges of possessing drugs for use or facilitating drug use.

The statement explained that the Narcotics Crimes Branch carried out simultaneous operations at 16 addresses. The names on the detention list included: Fikret Orman, Guzide Aksoy (Güzide Aksoy), Hakan Sabanci, Kerim Sabanci, Hande Ercel (Hande Erçel), Burak Elmas, Sezgin Koysuren, Ferhat Aydin, Lutfiye Tugce Ozbudak, Koray Serenli, Onur Bukcu, Ismail Behram Perincekli, Kaan Mellart, Didem Soydan, Onur Talay, and Mustafa Tari. While 14 suspects were detained, arrest warrants were issued for Kaan Mellart and Hande Ercel.
