Pathology Results for Tulin Sahin (Tülin Şahin) Announced
The pathology results for Tulin Sahin (Tülin Şahin), who underwent surgery after a tumor with a potential cancer risk was detected in her breast, have been released.

Sahin, a leading figure in the Pink Ribbon movement which serves as a global symbol for breast cancer awareness, had previously discovered a suspicious mass during her routine health checks.
"For years, I have been telling women that early diagnosis saves lives. I faced the same reality myself. Following my check-ups, a suspicious mass was detected, and my doctors recommended an operation,"
Sahin stated before her surgery.

Following the surgical procedure performed last week, the pathology results have been finalized. Sahin announced that the tumor was benign, stating, "Early diagnosis saved my life this time."

5-Centimeter Mass Removed as 12 Centimeters
In her detailed statement, Sahin highlighted the rapid growth of the tumor:
"Early diagnosis saved my life this time. The mass I noticed myself was 5 centimeters, but it showed aggressive growth in a short period and was removed as 12 centimeters during surgery. Thankfully, my pathology result came back benign. No malignant cells were found."

Sahin expressed her gratitude to everyone who sent messages and supported her during this process. She concluded by urging women not to neglect their health: "As I have said for years, early diagnosis is not just a slogan; it truly saves lives. Please do not neglect your check-ups and remember to perform self-examinations. Health is everything. Health is wealth, and beauty is health."
