The complaint claims that Taşkın portrayed prostitution as an “easy way to make money” during the program, while Avşar allegedly supported these statements with normalizing and approving remarks.

The filing states that Taşkın suggested the following ideas:
“Prostitution is an easy way to earn money, provides a luxurious lifestyle, and has aspects that can be appealing.”
The complaint also notes that Avşar encouraged and reinforced these statements, and it includes a request to restrict access to the video.
Merve Taşkın’s Previous Case
Previously, Merve Taşkın faced trial due to a Valentine's Day post in which she jokingly stated she could accompany lonely individuals for 400,000 TL. After numerous complaints to CİMER, an official investigation was launched.
The court lifted judicial control measures such as the travel ban and house arrest, postponing the case to a later date pending additional documents.
